Relationship Therapy

Emotion Focused Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a humanistic, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy, drawing primarily from attachment theory to facilitate the creation of secure, vibrant connection with self and others. Rooted in the science of emotions and attachment, EFT helps you identify and transform the negative processing and interaction patterns that create distress. It’s effective in treating individuals (EFIT), couples (EFCT), and families (EFFT), addressing a wide range of issues from relationship distress to individual anxiety and trauma.
Deeper than just "venting." Not just handing you and your partner homework at the end of the session. This is an experiential form of therapy, meaning you and your partner experience changes in the moment, each session. Feeling safer, better understood and more seen.
All forms of relationships are welcome here. Poly-identifying, ethical non-monogamy, straight or queer individuals. Safety, tenderness and relational resilience can be fostered anywhere.
